The show was a good mix of popular hits and "deep cuts".
Everything from Centerfold to Whammer Jammer to Pack Fair and
Square.
I have been a long time fan of the band and sure I wanted to hear
some Chimes and Monkey Island not to mention some others.
After fifteen years of them not performing together, I am sure the
crowd left quite satisfied.
Peter Wolf was and always will be the ultimate
showman, thanking the crowd for spending their hard earned money in these
trying economic times to come out and see them. On stage he was as fresh as
ever.
Charles, if I could have been given a set list and told how good
the band would be prior to buying the tickets, I would have paid three times as
much.
I hope you get to read this and take a little time and space on
your blog to mention The Mighty J.Geils Band reunion.Ó

P.S.
With all the old Boston hot spots fading away, the new House of
Blues will really prove to be a breath of fresh air to the national (and
hopefully local) music scene. A pretty nice nightclub.
